CANCELLATION POLICY

At Skin Luxe Montclair, each appointment is thoughtfully prepared and reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. A credit card is required on file to reserve all appointments. We understand that unexpected situations can arise and will always approach them with care and understanding. Our policy allows us to respect the time of our practitioners and other guests waiting for appointments.
